We believe that we deliver work of high quality for all of our clients. A large proportion of our work comes through referrals from existing or previous clients, indicating a good standard of customer satisfaction.
We take a number of steps to assure the quality and ethical basis of our work:
Code of Ethics and Good Practice
We are organisational members of the Association for Coaching , and we commit to operate in accordance with the Association's Code of Ethics and Good Practice.
Coaching Supervision
Ourbusiness coaches are supervised by Dr Jeremy Mead, an experienced coaching practitioner. Jeremy himself is supervised by Dr Julie Bullen, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in the areas of psychometric profiling, executive coaching, team coaching and culture change.
Business process
Our business process is designed around a series of decision ‘gates'. This process ensures that our work does not gain amomentum of its own, as a ‘go' decision is only sufficient to move to the next gate. In between ‘gates' we undertake continuous monitoring of the performance of our programme with systematic review points with participants and stakeholders
Confidentiality in coaching relationships
Individuals participating in our development programmes often express concern about the confidentiality of conversations they have with their business coach. We take care to ensure these concerns are openly discussed with participants and stakeholders before the programme starts and that a ‘contract' is agreed. In order to assure the quality of our coaching it is necessary for each business coach to share information with their supervising coach. Other than this we recommend that coaching conversations remain confidential to the participant and their coach.
Professional Liability Insurance
We hold professional Liability insurance with a two million pounds sterling (£2,000,000) Limit of Indemnity. If this is not sufficient for your requirements then a higher limit of indemnity can be arranged.
